Pineapple & Ginger Tummy Soother

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cubed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons sliced fresh ginger
  • 4 cups alkaline water

What does it do? 

According to Goodman, pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that helps digestion and may reduce bloating. Furthermore, she said that Ginger drinks are also well-known for soothing stomach aches as ginger helps regulate the body’s blood sugar levels.
