What is a No Carb Diet?

Are you wondering what the real meaning of “no carb diet” is?

A no-carbohydrate diet is described as human carnivorism. It complete excludes consumption of all carbohydrates in a diet plan and suggests fat as the main source of energy together with sufficient intake of protein. This kind of diet cause the body to go in state of ketosis wherein the body converts dietary fats and body fats into ketone bodies which are then use to fuel the body and upto 95% of the brain.

The remaining 5% still runs on glucose which is adequately supplied by converting dietary protein via gluconeogenesis or by converting glycerol from the breakdown of fat. A no-carbo diet uses mainly animal source foods and requires a high saturated fat intake.

What is the possible problem that someone can face by exercising this kind of diet?

The possible problem an individual can face while trying the no-carb diet is not eating enough. It is not right to simply cut out your consumption of carbs and replace it with nothing. If that’s the case, you are not helping yourself to lose weight. Instead, you are just slowing your metabolism. So, the right thing to do is to replace your carbs with meat, lots of meat. Caloric intake is not merely the main concern in this kind of diet.

You have to keep in mind that if you are decided to undergo a no-carb diet, you have to consume 1.5-2g of protein per pound of body weight (protein, not meat). As an example, if you weigh 250 lb, you need to consume 375-500 g of protein per day from natural sources.

Your protein shakes should be cut down to 1 per day and preferably to be taken after a workout. This consumption of meat may seem to be a lot per day, but at least, it won’t make you hungry. So you better try to get as close as possible to the goal or more for better. Another thing, egg is not included and should not be in your diet plan.

Fish oil is important too in this kind of diet for it helps your body to lose weight. Another thing that is significant is your consumption of fiber. Fiber will help to keep you from being constipated while having the no-carb diet. Make sure to consume a minimum of 20g of Carbs per day, preferably 30-40g.

This will be hard to do, so make sure to have at least 1-2 servings of nuts or seeds per day, and it would be a good idea to supplement with a fiber powder of some kind at night before bed. Remember, fiber is a carb, but doesn’t count toward your 50g, so subtract your grams of fiber from your total carbs, and keep that number under 50g.

Before, undergoing any kind of diet plan, it is best to consult your doctor first.

Similar to a massage or workout, a whole body vibration exercise machine helps improve blood circulation and enhances lymphatic function. When the lymphatic system gets blocked, it fails to eliminate toxins that can cause depression, fatigue, and chronic health problems like joint and muscular pain.

Proper lymphatic drainage prevents the accumulation of harmful toxins in the body’s systems and increases the production of good hormones, including endorphins, serotonin, and collagen, and helps improve flexibility and range of motion. This reduces stress and physical pain while achieving a slimmer and tighter body.
