Detoxifying Green Juice

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 florets of broccoli
  • 1/2 bunch of kale
  • 1 large beetroot (plus greens)
  • 1cm ginger
  • 1cm turmeric
  • 1/2 bunch coriander (cilantro)
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 large cucumber
  • Coconut or filtered water to taste

Instructions:

All you have to do is wash and chop the fruits, then juice them. You may double the amount you’ll need and keep the extra servings for 24-36 hours in an airtight container in the fridge.
