I’ve heard so many people ask if detoxification is important for your body and I want to go over a few reasons why it is very important for you to detox your body.
Why Is Detoxification Important?
You should detox your body because throughout the day you are potentially having food with toxins and breathing in toxins. That could build up in your body and it can cause you to become sick and it could be fogging your brain. You want to make sure that you are allowing yourself to release those bad toxins from your body and creating a better immune system.
You should detox at least twice a year. Since there are so many environmental pollutants and so many pesticides and toxins on foods, it is recommended to really cleanse your body and allow it all to just leave it.
